HGK Consulting CC is a consulting engineering practice specialising in structural engineering design. It was established in March 2006 by Erhard Kruger, who at the time, had twenty-six years experience in the field of structural engineering.

In 2003 Erhard worked on extensions to the Thaba Cheu WWTW in Lydenburg.

The structural work included the following reinforced concrete structures:
• inlet works
• chlorine contact tank
• screw pump station
